1. Share details of the Retail Store fromat and its positioning. How has Store been able to distinguish itself from the other retail stores in the same catchment area?

ANSWER:-
Retail store positioning creates an image of the store in the market that provides a different identify to store that deal with retailing.
And image of the store occupies by the target audience places a particular identify for customer and consumer are retail format (also known as the retail formula) influences the consumer store choice and addresses the consumer expectations.
And it most basic level, a retail format is a simple marketplace, that is, a location where goods and services are exchanged.
Five common retail method in today's economy.
1. Department stores
2. Speciality stores
3. Discount stores
4. Super markets
5. E commerce
To do that you market your business extensively but we also need to make a good impression in store. A clean store with a beautiful appearence will bad to greater sales based off a great first impression.

2. Examine the location of the Store site on the factors such as:

ANSWER:-
1. Visibility of the store:- Visibility of the store is good and new trend looking in the market for people.
2. Placement in the location:- Placement in the location is well as we adress it in own.
3. Availability of transport:- Availability of transport is the main for the store site to open it.
4. Presence of other store:- Presence and look up of the other store is also we should that how other store is showing presence towards their store and it is mandatory.

3. In your opinion, is the location of the Store appropriate?

ANSWER:-
Yes, the location of the store where I do or work is appropriate because the market is all around the area, new trend people and area is there. On that area road all the mall and shopping complex, PVR cinema and there. People come with family with lot of fun on the area for eating foods and other purpose. From my beside the area and locality is good, and best.

4. Examine the Store layout and design. Do you think Store space is managed properly?

ANSWER:-
The store layout and design is very in now trend in fully best interior and fully furnished with all led bulb lights and having with all facilities for customers with new entrance board of Reliance Trend which shown people from far away also.
On lighting in store is full now colours that give five stars to the store. Yes, the store space is managed properly.

5. Write down your observations regarding Trading area/ Circulation area/ Back area of the Store.

ANSWER:-
The area of the store is well big with different sections for customers. The area is in square rectangle shape with fully furnished and marble and lightning. And the back area is also big to manage for good space for utilize by us in having all stores for the clothes. We and staff member used the area properly in use for our work and for our retail store.

6. Write your observations regarding safety Mechnism of the Store.

ANSWER:-
We all the time keep our store meet and clean. We stock up our workplace with an adequate supply of sanitizers, disinfectants, soaps, masks and gloves. We also ensure that the air-conditioners is switched off. We also have ensure our staff members that all windows of our store are open to minimize the risk of involving re-circulated air.

7. Compare the location, layout and desing of the Store with other store of that catchment area.

ANSWER:-
The location of my retail store is best from other because in ay area some of the retail store are in inside the deeply in the market road. But mine is in first and in the main in the market.
Mine layout and design is very different from others. It has lot of expensive layout and interior of full lighting which can be inside for away by the people. It is design in different mode that if somebody see the Reliance trends, then he/she attracks himself towards the store. So, my retail store is different from others.

8. Your specific observations and suggestions for improvement of the operations of the Store.

ANSWER:-
1) Streaming and simplify- If we are turning a two-step task into a drawn-out or deal, consider making changes.
2) Resolve small issues- We have to also resolve the small issues of our store by helping.
3) Keep with up trends- The store should always be in with up trends so that customer can attract for our store.
4) Measure performance- We have to identify our goals by asking yourself that what we want to accomplish.
5) Inspire employees- For having good staffing we should motivate and inspire our employees.
6) Set time aside to reflect- It's hard not to get caught up in the daily routine of evening a business.
